Guilding Light - New Look - "Pretentious Disaster" per TV Guide

Per my latest issue of TV Guide, they are stating that the "new" look of Guilding Light is a "pretentious disaster." Adding further that it's full of nauseating jump-cuts and herky-jerky camera moves that do nothing to enhance the drama. The harsh, flat lighting and tinny sound are straight out of a 1970's porn flick. Pitying the poor divas, they go on to say that the reality-seeking handheld cams are shoved so tight on Kim Zimmer's puss you can practically count her nose hairs.

The one reason I wanted to post this is the fact that ATWT started with the hand held cams a few months ago and it was pathethic. They have also divulged the news that they are also going for the more "outdoor" scenes to make it more realistic.

Obviously the "new" look is not catching on with the GL audience. And do we really need anything else to drive away the audience from ATWT? The current direction of Nuke's storyline and the rest of this afternoon disaster certainly doesn't need this!
