ameera knows noah is with luke. i can understand she thinking he is hot, but i don't understand this longing for him. Hell, if i knew someone was gay and i was straight....it'd suck, but i'd move on ASAP. obviously i have no chance with them.
That's the message that seems to be coming from TIIC at ATWT. Gay lifestyle - no good...look the other way.....straight lifestyle - wonderful - so you should choose it over being gay....It's always a choice, right? I can't seem to remember it being a choice I made in my life.
She's got him legally by marriage so I can see why she wants to make it work or make him "change". Add on top of the her loneliness and desperation to stay in the us. I guess he is like a knight in shining armore for her?

point? I can see either answer as realistic.
Ok, Ameera is the creepiest of soap females in the history of soaps - my opinion! So, what's going to happen? It's going to be pretty hard to get Luke to back off now that he's finally (lol) beginning to see what's going on. Either the writers (ATWT, P&G, CBS) will truly creep us all out and somehow get Noah drunk or on drugs so that he will sleep w/Ameera and an offspring will happen...or, she will suddenly become the true witch that she's meant to be - is she really from Iraq? (yes, that's a non sequitur question) And she will start forcing Noah to do her bidding "or else!"
They're legally married so, assuming Oakdale is a community property state, she gets half of whatever Noah has should they divorce. Of course, right now Noah as zilch...or less, so she gets nothing but a trip back to Baghdad. Either way, the adult, intelligent Noah that we saw finally stand up to his truly sick Dad and proclaim his love for Luke is going to be dropped into a world where he becomes slave to Witch Ameera.
Or not...totally absurd of course - because that's how all soap s/l's are.
