I've been catching up on the first season of B&S, by watching the full episodes on DVD. In either the third or fourth episode, when they do the 'previously on' they show a portion of the part that happened where Scotty meets Kevin in Kevin's law office, where Kevin is interviewing him as a witness. In the scene in the DVD episode, Scotty picks up the picture of Kevin's ex and asks, 'is/was this you boyfriend' and then pretty much the next time you see Scotty and Kevin with the same clothes, Scotty is leaving Kevin's office and makes his "nice shoes" comment to Sarah as she and Tommy walk in.

 In the DVD 'previously on' they show Scotty in Kevin's office, he's hold the frame photo of Kevin's ex and he's making a comment about eyeliner or makeup (sorry, I already returned the DVD rentals), and so I went back to re-view the episode where they met and don't see this conversation.

 Was this something that aired and was edited for the DVD release or?

 Did anyone else catch this?
