I need your thoughts on this, oh wise, every knowing, every helpful AE.

I'm currently in this dysfuctional, relationship that isn't really a relationship because he lives in the USA (I am not) and is over on the east coast.  It's strange, he's older-I'm younger. His profession is...adult. He's so nice, and so great and it's kind of overwhelming and I'm kind of about to get freaked out.

He likes to buy me things, and he likes to pay for stuff..which makes me feel guilty of course. The thing that makes me confused, or something, is that he likes it when I call him Daddy.

Yes. I am serious.

And he likes to call me son, normally, I wouldn't go down that road. I would stop at Professor, or sir, or 'boy'. Is this normal? How common is the Daddy/Son pairing, or fetish in the Gay community? Because I've heard of it, I was no stranger to the idea, I've seen it. But is it real?
