Is it just me or are most shows dragging in their first post-strike episodes?

With the exception of the first post-strike episode of Desperate Housewives or Lost (which was actually filmed pre-strike and held over), I am not loving the fictional shows that I was liking pre-strike.

I may have been among the few liking Ugly Betty even more this season than last, but its first get back to basics post-strike episode seemed dull to me. The past two Desperate Housewives have lacked that balance of fun/mystery that seemed to blossom this season. With the Orson character on board, I was reminded of the dying days of Twin Peaks. I've not seen last night's Brothers and Sisters, but last weeks seemed phoned in, and ER (which I know no one has watched in years) has been a dud. Even Grey's did not use the strike to do something to shake it from a less than stellar season, although Miranda's hair rocked ;-)

What about you favorites?

I'm hoping that "Housewives"

I'm hoping that "Housewives" picks it up in the finale, when Gale Harold joins the cast as a new "desperate" husband!

I was so happy reading about

I was so happy reading about Gale joining Desperate. Best news in a long time. He's gonna be perfect on that show, can't wait to see him in this season's finale.
