ATWT - Luke/Noah FALL SPOILERSSPOILER SPACE

Soap Opera Digest has released their spoilers for the fall and what's up with the boys? According to the head writer, we'll be seeing more and more of the couple in the coming months as they head back to school and their storyline focuses on collegiate life and issues of identity. Luke is becoming interested in exploring his identity as a gay man and will get heavily involved in gay issues on campus. This will cause conflict with Noah of course, who isn't so interested in making the kind of statement that Luke does. This of course will lead to major complications that will take Luke and Noah in a new direction. There is also going to be a huge tragedy within the Snyder family that will no doubt affect the boys. I hope that "new direction"
...means that they will split up. I mean, c'mon: how much bs does Luke have to take from Noah? Hopefully, Reg will be back, too, and make Luke realize that he can have a great guy and have sex, too! I'm serious, Luke needs to throw Noah to the curve and find somebody better.

Snyder Tragedy
Given that Paul is now involved with a loan shark that he won't be able to pay back, I'm guessing the Snyder tragedy will be an attempt on Meg's life that will probably take out Mike in the process (we know that he's leaving the show soon anyway).
And Meg said something today about having lost one baby already. I thought she has had two miscarriages--hard to keep track on this show, since no one has carried to term since the birth of little Ethan (and wasn't that during Lily's coma?).
A new direction for NUKE? Maybe....
That would be refreshing no matter what it is. If they gave Luke another admirer maybe that would put some fire under Noah and they would finally have ..you know...what is it?
Sorry to see Hotprechan downgraded, but he's being wasted right now with this over-elongated storyline of his lusting for Allison....
And the Snyder tragedy has to be Meg losing her baby....that seems obvious.
I am watching again everyday because I feel if I criticize the writing I should be watching the whole episode not just NUKE clips. It amazes me how much the quality of ATWT has dropped and continues to drop. It's definitely not the soap I fell in love with long ago and enjoyed so much during the late 80's and early 90's.

You know, if they had wanted to do something a little unpredictable, they should have had Noah be the one who gets heavily involved in gay issues on campus. But no, like usual, Noah is the one putting the brakes on.
