With Noah still in Rome Luke has to have something to do, so why not attend another family gathering?  Unfortunately this time it's not a doomed wedding, but a family tragedy.   Luke's little brother (and godson) Ethan has fallen down a pit and on Wednesday's show, Luke joins the rest of the Snyder family to save the little tyke.  But how did Ethan wind up down there?  Where were Holden and Lily?  A quick recap.......

Lily spotted Holden and Carly talking and out of jealousy, called Mike for a afternoon quickie at the Lakeview.  However, she couldn't find a babysitter to watch the kids, so she left Holden a message to come over and put Faith in charge, telling her that Holden would be by soon.   Holden never got the message, which Lily didn't find out until she ran into Holden after she and Mike were done getting busy.  By the time Lily and Holden stopped bickering and went back to the house, Ethan had already wandererd off to the construction site and fallen into the hole.

So, on Wednesday, Luke and the family watches while Holden attempts to rescue the boy.  However, it goes awry and Holden is nearly killed himself and lands in the hospital.  Meanwhile, Paul Ryan, who is after the buried treasure down there (don't ask) has an idea to rescue the kid.  It works and the Snyder family celebrate Ethan being saved.  It even brings Holden and Lily back together.  Well, until Dusty is found alive next week that is.  Oh and for those of you who are curious as to how Dusty is alive, it turns out that Dusty faked his own death.  Who thought he was that smart?
