Battlestar kicks Gaeta back into the closet with Complete Series DVD release

Universal will release the Complete Series of Battlestar Galactica on both DVD and Blu-Ray on July 28. I was all ready to shell out the ridiculously high price for the Blu-Ray series until I read this post on TV Shows on DVD: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Battlestar-Galactica-The-Complete-Series/11893

Lots and lots and lots of cool extras, but notice something missing? That's right; the Face of the Enemy webisodes, in which the character of Gaeta has his sexuality confirmed and even marries another man enters into a relationship with another man, are noticeably absent. Note that this is the ONLY point in the BSG storyline in which Gaeta's sexual orientation is addressed. Interestingly enough, the Resistance webisodes and the Razor minisodes are listed as part of the Complete Series -- just not Face of the Enemy.

Battlestar Galactica Series 4.5 (don't ask on the odd numbering) comes out around the same time as the Complete Series, and though this is the point in the show's timeline when the Face of the Enemy webisodes take place, they are not included in the 4.5 release either.

I sincerely doubt the exclusion of these webisodes from 4.5 or the Complete Series has anything to do with Gaeta's sexuality; I'm sure it's some "we don't have the rights to use this footage" mumbo-jumbo. Even still, I'm now thinking about not buying the Complete Series. Anyone else who was going to buy it (or Series 4.5) now having second thoughts?
