Rock N Roll Anyone?

Most notably out-rocker is Rob Halford of Judas Priest. Which I very much respect him for that. After all Judas Priest was one of the most popular Heavy Metal bands of the 80's.

I want to know what kind of music/bands you're digging. So what kind of Rock do you listen to?

I still love Mika, but I

just discovered Amy Winehouse. Okay, she's not rock, but that's all I got right now!

Rock

Not as much into the metal side, but I do love rock -- far more than electronic or dance or anything else. Johnny Marr (from The Smiths) joined Modest Mouse -- who have been hit-or-miss for me for the past 10 years -- and the result is a fantastic new album, We Were Dead before the Ship Even Sank. I'm a big fan of Sleater Kinney (god rest), Quasi, Blonde Redhead, Flaming Lips (best. concerts. ever.), Built to Spill, Ride, Liz Phair, Pulp, Toadies, Ted Leo, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Grizzly Bear ... actually, looking at this list I'm realizing that I'm totally stuck in the early 90s. Well, it'll be "retro" in another year or two, I'm sure.
