I understand a lot of people don't, " get", her. However, outside of her career she really is a deep and complex person. The stance she takes on many social issues and her passion for deprived children is what makes me love her the most. But, I do and always have loved her as an entertainer. Check her out when you have time, I think you will find something about her you can,"GET". Have a great fall season. jimmyjam

I was waiting for this thread - once Kylie is up Madonna is sure to follow...
its amazing how they always seem to do the same things in tandem yet madonna is more famous - I used to obessess about Madonna until I heard Kylie Minogues "Fever" and then did an album backtrack and discovered a pivotal album called Impossible Princess. Now there are so many comparisons between that and Ray of Light - I wondered who did it first - I was amazed it was Kylie - Kylie was reknowned for "copying Madonna " but this was the turning point where they kinda "pushed " to better each other with the utmost respect of course - at the moment the world awaits Kylie's return now that Madonna jumped on the deliciously campy filter disco pop bandwagon that Kylie did with Fever.
If it werent for these 2 - female pop music would be very very bland.

Madonna is my favourite! I saw her in Toronto on the Re-Invention Tour, and in NYC for the Confessions Tour. I'm completely obsessed, haha. :) I love everything Madonna.
My favourites are: Hollywood, Forbidden Love (2005), Love Profusion, Deeper and Deeper, Burning Up, Into the Groove, What it feels like for a Girl, Future Lovers... the list is basically endless.

It's not her best song - I love her voice, but I don't like Pharrell's production very much (enough with the marching bands already!).

I guess I am lucky in the fact that I have been entertained by my favorite artist now for 25 years. Madonna has consistantly released music non-stop for this period of time, YEA!!!!!! Every time she releases new albums I am just getting into them real heavy when she releases another, I never seem to catch-up, and to me that is so AWESOME! Can't wait to see the Sticky & Sweet show in Atlanta, GA. Nov. 24th! Any of you beautiful men going to the show? Anyway I love all her music, videos etc. Go Madonna!
