Scott Evans = Instinct magazine's December cover

Scott Evans gave an interview with the Boston Herald where he talks about his support for his uncle, Congressman Michael Capuano, in his re-election bid as well as his role as Oliver Fish on OLTL; it was also revealed that Scott will be on the cover of December's Instinct magazine.
