What is the name of this short film?

There was a short film played on Logo...haven't seen it on there in a long time.

It was Australian and it was about a boy whose mother was dying.  He's at a club dressed in drag and he gets the call that he needs to head to the hospital.  He flashes back to his mother encouraging him to dive and has a conversation with the cabbie all the way to the hospital.
