Neil Patrick Harris is TV's top ladies man

On the Internet Movie Database website they have daily polls, and today's (11/18/09) daily poll asks who is TV's best ladies man.  Out of 23 options (including Don Draper, Sam Malone, and The Fonz), Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother is currently winning with 16.5% of the vote.  The second closest competitor is Joey Tribbiani from Friends with 9.8% of the vote.

This is notable simply because Barney is played by gay Renaissance Man Neil Patrick Harris.  The fact that the high number of straight men who go to IMDB.com could easily pick a character played by an out gay man as TV's top ladies man is pretty cool.  It is these little developments that prove TV and movie audiences are quickly getting over seeing openly gay actors just for their sexuality.
