Can't change password

Created my account yesterday, received the e-mail with one-time login and tried to enter my new password ("Edit"/"Account Settings"). I clicked "Submit" and received a reply which said: "You must agree to the Terms of Use/Privacy Policy on this site". But i can't see any Terms of Use/Privacy Policy box to enable on the "Account Settings" site (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are enabled at "Personal Info").

Well, am i blind or just too stupid? Please help me.
