I think we need to put out another A. P. B. for ATWT's Luke Snyder!!! We have seen Noah, Maddie and even his parents and sister, but not him since he touched noah's hand after "accidently" dropping that box of videotapes!!! That was over a week ago, right?? Where in the World is he??

That's a good question.
This issue is being discussed currently on the actor's fan page message board, VanHansis.net
ATWT - They have to build Noah
Luke/Noah and a SPOILER
Actually, it wouldn't cost them money. Van Hansis is on contract so he gets paid whether he works one day or five. Oddly enough, Noah was on everyday this week.
Anyway, Luke was on today and I laughed my head off when Luke nearly drooled at the notion of being able to share a room with Noah on the trip to Branson, which Luke, realizing what he was doing, stopped himself and declined to go on the trip. There were also a few longing looks at Noah on Luke's part and it made me think he better be a little more discreet if he wants to keep this quiet.
Speaking of Luke and Noah, here's a SPOILER.....

Luke walks in on Maddie and Noah right after they've had sex.
Anthony
AS THE WORLD TURNS' LUKE SNYDER
Yeah I know about that, My Soap Opera Weekly said Noah and Maddie do something that devistates Luke...I figured it would be that.
I am getting sick of Daytime Soaps teasing us with gay characters and then doing stuff like this. We should write, email and call to let them know that we are sick of it and will take our viewing habits and money to shows that will include us!!!
He's questioning his sexuality and F's a girl
He's Questioning...
So GayTVluver is that what you did...Question your sexuality while sleeping with a girl? I never did that, I knew I was gay since I was 13yrs.-old and I don't have any desire to sleep with a girl.
Since I now know that Noah sleeps with Maddie I think I just may stop watching the show. They ruined Noah and I don't even want him to be with Luke now.
They also employ a known homophobe...Austin Peck has made disparaging remarks about gay while he was on Days of Our Lives after he became "born again".
I am sick of gay characters being portrayed as either the sexless assistant to the main character or oversexed promiscuous buffon's. We must not let this continue.
I've never fornicated with a girl
hmmm.....
i thought noah already knew he was gay. he was talking about he's not close with his family, etc.......
as for him sleeping with a girl.. ..it's normal for people (NOT everyone) ...gay/straight to do a lot of things that help them "know for sure" what they are. psh, i know i did and well...heh...anyways, yeah...
I Suppose...
THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION!!!
Well I think I know why Noah sleeps with Maddie, it's because he needs his military father's love and acceptance. I also guess the only way to prove that he's a man is to sleep with a girl, how ridiculous and sad. Who would it hurt if he just admitted to himself and his father that he is gay? It upsets me so much! When are we going to get a gay character that actually accepts himself enough that they don't care about or need other peoples' acceptance?
I know so many of you are not going to like what I have to say next (and I am sorry for that), but I am going to say it anyway. I would rather no gay characters on Daytime if this is all they can/will come up with. Another thing, Luke Snyder is no role model either. He is pathetic, instead of letting Noah know how he feels, he assumes that his feelings are wrong, inappropriate and bad, which makes him feel worse and not accepting of himself.
I guess I feel the way I do, because I can't relate to them. I am way past this stage they're in and I never went through what they are going through now. I came out at 13 yrs.-old and never pretended to be anything other than myself. I always said if someone doesn't approve, then that's their problem, because GOD made me who I am supposed to be. I can also say that I am lucky, because I have acceptance from my family, even though I don't need it.
I think it is also sad that in 2007 stereotypical gay characters still exist, and don't even get me started on Passions' Chad and Vincent and Brothers ans Sisters' Kevin, so for now I will leave that alone...
Why are we still allowing such characters to represent us? If we don't say enough is enough and start demanding better role models, then that's all we're going to get. I am not saying gay people don't have faults or don't make bad decisions, etc., because trust me I know we do, but the self-hating has got to stop!!!
I actually liked Brothers and Sisters' Scotty, because he was not self-hating, he accepted his homosexuality and didn't make excuses for it or need anyone else's approval. He is the kind of role model I want...for me at least. I also think that's the real reason the character is no longer on the show.
I am not saying that I am better than any one else, because I too have struggles, but not in the same way. My struggles are not because I can't accept myself, they exist because no one else seems to be at my level of acceptance for me to relate to.
This is more "educational" for the straight community
I totally agree with where the storyline is going and why he is trying to be straight. He's under the thumb of society and denying who he really is. Many many gay men are like this. My current boyfriend tried to do this in high school.
Thom, whay is wrong with having the viewing audience join Noah on his journey to acceptance? Not only does it give the audience a better understanding of the character, it helps them understand the problems and internal struggles that gays face. Which is more realistic? A teen with a military father struggling with his sexuality or a teen with a military father who is leading pride parades since he was 10? The important thing here is the journey.
Luke is not pathetic because he hasn't told Noah "Hey, you're a hottie and I'd hit it." I can't believe I'm gonna argue this because it's a soap and poorly written one at that but, Luke shouldn't go around telling every straight guy he crushes on that he wants to tag it. I do find it strange that Noah doesn't know Luke is gay yet, especially with Maddie hanging out with Noah as much as she does. I'm outed by my hags 24/7. Behind my back "Matt's gay you know." In groups of people I just met "You all know Matt is gay, right." They don't say it to be mean ot gossipy, they just do it to make sure their not gonna have to deal with people giving me poop later. Maddie would have mentioned it by now, especially since he knows Maddie and Luke went to the dance. He'd have asked if they were dating and then it would have come out.
I'm not one to just blurt out "I'm gay!" at the first handshake, but these guys are gonna be working together.
But Luke not going to Branson and becoming a wilted flower each time it's mentioned is annoying. But then, it's more to the plot of the bad writing than the building of the actual character.
I mean, were talking about a show where two characters got their hands on trash bags filled with torn pages they needed and instead of going home and putting them together broke into a house to sit at the table and spread it all out. I mean really.....
