I Have A Bunch
But, there's one on YouTube where John sings "Anything Goes" to clips of him from Dr Who series 1, episode 12 "Bad Wolf". Not the best editing in the world, but you get to see Capt Jack a little nekkid.
There's another one: the song is Cher's version of "It's in His Kiss" and clips from Dr Who and Torchwood. There are some Torchwood spoilers, but think of them as previews of upcoming episodes.
Once you get on YouTube, you will hundreds if not more John Barrowman/Capt Jack videos. But, remember there is another Capt Jack (Pirates of the Caribbean). Actually, I found a funny video of Pirate Capt Jack with Justin Timberlake's "Sexy Back"
Enjoy!!
I'm having a bizarre moment . . .
Oh, goody...
Who's seen John Barrowman's appearance on the Charlotte Church Show? (part one, part two and part three) The highlight is hearing Barroman speak with a Scottish accent. I don't know much about her, outside of seeing her CDs in the store, but whenever I run into a clip from her show Church gives a really fun interview.
Charlotte Church
I have seen the Charlotte Church interview. (I've seen most of the JB interviews) I thought it was really funny. The Brit fans of John spend a lot of time bashing Charlotte but I thought she was cheeky, smart and funny- a good match for John. I have to say though, I always roll my eyes when John talks Scottish. I am second generation Scottish and talking with the accent has always been a joke, like making fun of yourself. The fact that he says he talks that way around his family all the time, frankly, is goofy. He slips back into American so naturally, that it leads me to believe it's just another schtick of his. He says even Scott hates it when he talks that way. I love John, but really, he needs new material. Really.
If you can't be a good example, then you'll just have to be a horrible warning.
My fave Barrowman clips
My favorite clips of John:
His second performance on "Dancing on Ice"
(Bonus: A short interview with Scott prior to that performance.)
John interviewed on "Heaven and Earth" (Look, he can be serious too!)
John on "A Taste of my Life": Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 (You really feel like you know the man after you've seen this)
And him singing "Maria" from "Westside Story"

Torchwood DVD Extra - John Barrowman "Anything Goes"
John Barrowman on OPB tomorrow
Oregon Public Broadcasting is re-running "The Empty Child" Dr. Who episode in which we meet Capt. Jack for the first time.

Some of you may have seen
Some of you may have seen this clip already, but I'd thought I'd post it anyway.
It's a little parody of the "Dancing on Ice" contestants (including John, naturally).

John Barrowman as a singer
As a joke/curiosity killer, my boyfriend got me a CD of John Barrowman music. Hmmmm, what to say about it. I like John Barrowman's voice, it's very nice. But...he's not really a radio singer...his voice and presentation is totally made for the stage. Listen to this recording. I'm very uneducated when it comes to studio recordings of music so for all I know it was recorded to sound like it's a cast album. Maybe they highlighted his voice that way, but nothing on the CD I have could be played on the radio. Not slamming John at all, he has a wonderful voice but it's not a pop/rock/radio voice.

John Barrowman - Making the ladies melt
Sorry if this is a repeat. Should this thread be moved to the Torchwood section? *ponders*
Anyway...here is the video. He looks like a good kisser, the scene where the chick fights him is funny.
Why they should make a musical Doctor Who episode...
Here's my #1 reason why they should make a musical Doctor Who episode: http://youtube.com/watch?v=EuPKhnhBZ7g
I can't seem to get that song out of my head now... and it would fit the show perfectly.
