"Glee": Advance Photos From the Spring Premiere Episode

Glee has already featured Kristin Chenoweth, so we guess it's no surprise that her Wicked co-star Idina Menzel would also come aboard for a recurring role. Menzel is playing the vocal director for the Glee club's main competition, Vocal Adrenaline. She'll make her bow in the spring premiere episode "Hell-O", which airs on Tuesday, April 13th. Her character will be around for the rest of the season and will be a complicating love interest for Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison).

Is it just us, or is Menzel a slightly older dead-ringer for Lea Michele? Here's hoping her character is something like an older version of Rachel. It would be fun to imagine the over-achieving Gleeker's future, and that would be a way to do it.
