New Music Monday! What Does 2010 Have In Store For Us? Find Out!

Now that we’re past all the nostalgia and reflection on the past year, it’s time to start looking forward. 2010 is sure to bring some great things from some of our favorite artists and we’ve got the scoop on their plans for another year of amazing music.

January is already set to get things going in an awesome way. We have the GRAMMYs coming up at the end of the month, and as if that wasn’t enough, January 29th will see one of the most exciting (and gay friendly) line ups ever for arjanwrites.com’s Superfraiche Pop Night. In support of Grammy week, the concert will feature a blend of "sweet and crunchy" new pop artists. Sounds catchy already!

The event will feature up and coming U.K. pop sensation V V Brown, whose debut album, Travelling Like the Light, is scheduled to hit stores February 9th, as well as Linda Perry protégé Reni Lane, Sam Sparro’s besties, The Love Grenades, and piano pop balladeer Scott Simons.

Proceeds from the event benefit VH1’s Save The Music Foundation to help restore instrumental music programs to public schools. Tickets are only $8, so if you’re in the L.A. area, check it out. I know I’ll be there!
