That's Alec Mapa from Desperate Housewives, not Rex Lee from Entourage. Mapa even made a joke about that:
"...walks out after Martina Navratilova leaves the stage and introduces himself as Sandra Oh. Then he corrects himself: 'It's me, Alec Mapa, America's Gaysian sweetheart!" He wanted everyone to know that no, he is NOT Rex Lee: "I'm not on 'Entourage' all right? I know we all look alike but make a fricken effort!"

Fear not loyal After-Eltyies. I'm a graphic Designer and I too noticed that everyone in the pictures looked like they were either sweating to death or had just been spritzed and/or glittered within an inch of their lives.
In reality though, it's actually an unfortunate side effect of taking a very large high-rez image with some strong light and highlights and shrinking them down to their more webpage friendly sizes. If you do a "save image as" on any of the pics, save them to your desktop and then open them, you'll notice that our fave beautiful celebs aren't actually about to keel over from heat exhaustion. Whew! Crisis averted.
forgot a step when uploading the pictures, like resizing them first. Brian, why didn't you stop me from doing it that way? This is all your fault. Or Global Warming. Yeah, that's it!
