Joe Rogan Apologizes for Calling Reporter a "F**got." Suggests "C***sucker" Instead

Remember back in the nineties when Joe Rogan played the likable handyman character on NewsRadio? It seems like another lifetime. He went from that to hosting Fear Factor, to co-hosting The Man Show in its final season, to now being employed as color commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Or should we say off-color commentator? Apparently, there is now a war of words going on between Rogan and a reporter named Tomas Rios.

It started when Rios tweeted that Rogan's fight commentary was "pantheon level cluelessness."

Rogan fired back on a UFC fan forum and things escalated with Rogan eventually crowing about getting the reporter fired. His parting shot... "You wanted my attention, f**got? You got it."

Rogan certainly drew some attention of his own with that comment. When it was suggested that he apologize for the gay slur he responded with...

I apologize for my use of the word "faggot." I enjoy that word immensely, and although I do not intend for its use to be interpreted as a negative term for homosexuals, but rather as I've always used it to imply that a person is weak and pathetic, which I believe Rios to be.

As for my use of the offensive word "faggot" please accept my apologies and replace it with "c**k-sucker."
