Neil Patrick Harris Gets His Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

There's no denying the impact Neil Patrick Harris has had on the pop culture landscape. From his time as the iconic Doogier Howser on Doogie Howser M.D. to his time as the iconic Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, to his Emmy nominations and wins, his movie roles and breakout stints hosting the Emmys and the Tonys, Harris has reached a level of fame not many actors reach. And he's done it with a grace and dignity matched by even fewer.

On top of that, he's managed to do it as one of the most famous out gay men in the world, proving that being out and being successful aren't mutually exclusive. And as if that isn't enough, he's also managed to be a family man, happily partnered with David Burtka, with whom he's raising twins. I guess sometimes you can have it all.
