Matthew Bomer, Lee Pace and Cast of "Modern Family" do AIDS Walk New York

The 2011 AIDS Walk New York raised over 6 million dollars, thanks to the participation of 45,000 walkers. Also helping to raise funds and awareness were some of our favorite celebs, from most of the cast of Modern Family to Project Runway designers Jack Mackenroth and Mondo Guerra.

Enjoy this collection of pics from the event, and thanks to these celebs for showing their support. And is it just us, or did Matt Bomer color coordinate his outfit with his eyes?
