Another 1980's phenomenon, the Smurfs, are also trying to mount a questionable comeback, only there's been a bit of a cat fight over the casting. Somehow our favorite spurf, Michael Ausiello was looked over for a role in the new Smurfs movie:
That’s right. Someone actually green lit a Smurfs movie … and Neil Patrick Harris actually signed up for it! I may have to actually see it just to see how smurfy NPH’s smurfiest really is:
