Welcome to Twitterwatch, in which we check in on your favorite celebrities to see just what crosses their minds at 140 characters or less over the course of a week.

As you can see at the top of the page, Alan Cumming pulled off a neat trick - he made a worst-dressed list in one of the celebrity tabloids, which is almost unheard of for a man. Well, it's almost unheard of for a man other than Alan Cumming. For him, it could be a retirement plan.

And honestly, Alan should be on his best behavior, because it's Fall Fashion Week in New York City where he lives. And that means one thing: Anna Wintour comes out of her lair. And if she sees her shadow, we all get to wear white for six more weeks. Or something like that. I'm still in my pajamas, what do I know about fashion. But journalist Ben Widdecombe sums up the dread and the fear that much of the creative world feels right now...

Speaking of clothing that probably would never pass muster with Anna, David Blue was at Dragon Con checking out the fashion, and figured out what we'll now call Blue's Law.

I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that Eddie McClintock was walking with David at Dragon Con, because almost immediately following David's tweet, we got this from Eddie.
