Two Gay Guys

Two Gay Guys video blog: West Hollywood Jones

In the latest Two Gay Guys vlog, Michael and Brent brave the Kindgom of the Lousy Gay Entertainment Environment to steal the Golden Skull, and are aided by some of the true heroes of gay entertainment (or, at least, photos of them!). Will they make it out of the jungle alive?

Find out after the break...

Two Gay Guys video blog: Late night comedy needs a makeover

In the latest Two Gay Guys vlog, Michael and Brent ask just what it is about gay people that late night comics find so incredibly punchline-worthy. Was Brokeback Mountain really so hilarious that it merited a year's worth of monologue mentions? The guys suggest that late night needs a makeover, and decide to make over themselves as well. Yes, that's Michael sticking some sort of torture device up his nose.

Two Gay Guys video blog: When Gays Attack!

In our latest Two Gay Guys vlog, Brent and I examine what happens when we criticize those writers, directors, actors and others who don't get gay representation quite the way we think they should. We look at what happened recently with As the World Turns -- and twenty years ago with Jonathan Demme's Philadelphia. How much criticism is warranted and what are the downsides. It's a complicated issue with no easy answers. Well, at least we got a nice afternoon at the zoo out of it!

Two Gay Guys video blog: Old growth forest

In this week's edition, Two Gay Guys (Michael and Brent) head out to the forest to count their rings and discuss age.

Two Gay Guys video blog: Under where?

In this week's edition, Two Gay Guys (Michael and Brent) discuss just what it is about underwear that is so fascinating. Forget Hillary or Barack, what about boxers or briefs? It's more complex an issue that you might imagine (and one that boasts some impressive visual aids, as today's article demonstrates).

Check out the video below to see why...

Two Gay Guys video blog: Gay kisses

In this week's edition, Two Gay Guys (Michael and Brent) discuss just what it is about the sight of two men kissing that is so terrifying to some people. And really, if "a kiss is just a kiss," why do YouTube and As the World Turns treat gay kisses differently than straight ones?

Pucker up and enjoy!

Two Gay Guys video blog: Valentine's Day Special

No matter how hard to try to resist, sometimes it's just inevitable: Romance Happens.

Or at least it does in this special Valentine's Day vlog from Two Gay Guys, Michael and Brent! Bust out a Whitman's Sampler and check it out below.

Two Gay Guys Video Blog: Why are some gay men so mean?

When porn director Chi Chi LaRue spoke out last week for the health of actors in porn videos, some gay men were blunt: who cares about the health of the actors when it gets in the way of my entertainment? Then there are the nasty internet gossip mongers at Gawker, Defamer, and Perez Hilton...who all seem to be gay men. This got Two Gay Guys (aka Brent and Michael) thinking: what makes some gay men so damn mean?

Two Gay Guys Passing Judgment video blog:

After a refreshing holiday break, Michael and Brent (aka Two Gay Guys) are back with a new installment of their Passing Judgment video blog. In today's episode they discuss the newly Californicated (and somehow even gayer) season of Nip/Tuck, the brand-new Fox action series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, and something called a "book".

Check it all out!

Two Gay Guys video blog: The War on Christmas

Brent and Michael (aka Two Gay Guys) are back with a new installment of their video blog that centers its fabulous crosshairs on the so-called "War on Christmas". This is one of my favorite recent episodes because the guys are dolled up in drag.

Wait, what? They're dressed up as the Biblical magi? Oh. My mistake. (Love the tiara, Michael!) Come to think of it, the above kind of looks like something Jamie Farr would have worn had the M*A*S*H 4077 put on a nativity play.

Whether you're on the frontlines in the holiday-season battle or are simply comforted by the image of grown men in Christmas sweaters, enjoy.
