Bravo's Step It Up & Dance has come to an end, and, as you watchers know, Broadway star Cody Green took home the $100,000 grand prize, a big hug from Elizabeth Berkeley and a punch in the chest from Nancy O'Meara. (He doesn't get quite so much love from runner-up Miguel in our new interview with him, but that's not terribly surprising.)

And for the final Suck It Up vlog, John and Colin invited the cutie champ himself - hey, it turned out he lived two blocks from our offices - to talk about his winnings, to look back on the show ... and to teach them a "victory dance." I'd say that with Cody throwing him over his shoulder like a sack of laundry, Colin's the big winner here!

Yes, Step It Up & Dance finales come in twos. John and Colin are still playing catch-up, but they finally sit down to chat about all the late-in-the-game drama, including a Nancy O'Meara-Liz Berkley cat-fight and awkward old-people dancing. Ewww!

Sorry this is a late one, guys: the Memorial Day weekend threw our fancy-footed crew off! But they promise to make it up to you with an ultra-fab edition of Suck It Up & Dance. So if you did watch last night's episode, jump into your hybrid time machine and zip back to last week, when there were still six dancers and there was a ninety percent chance of rain ...

Last week's Step It Up & Dance was all about Rihanna's "Umbrella" ella, ella, ay, ay... and few people know this number better than one Britney Houston! The Rent star turned New York club stage staple turned Internet phenom stopped by our offices to chat about her life as a dancer, her take on the Bravo show and her hilarious - and amazingly well-done - recreations of music videos from the all pop mega-stars.

I personally love that not only do we not have the cash to splash out for the rights to use the actual music track, but they apparently couldn't afford to get poor Colin more than a $3 bodega umbrella to dance with!

John and Colin have yet another crush: For this week's Suck It Up & Dance vlog, the assistant choreographer for Broadway's Tony-hogging In The Heights and major Latin dancing expert Luis Salgado pays them a visit! He's their stud-muffin/hot, buttered biscuit, to quote judge Nancy O'Meara. And he even offers them a dancing lesson...

Of course, John and Colin also recap the latest ep: No one got eliminated! Oscar's back! More gays for all!

John and Colin are back with yet another star-studded edition of Suck It Up & Dance. This week they've wrangled Hairspray dancer Dwayne (also known as Downtown nightlife diva Milan) to teach them a few dance moves and dish on Jerry Mitchell, Lance Bass, butching it up for auditions, and more. You really haven't seen "the motion of the ocean" until you've seen the Suck It Up boys hit the waves. Trust.

Oh, and of course they discuss the latest episode of Step It Up & Dance, which was thrice upon a mattress and as many times uncomfortable for all involved, including us.

Marty entered as Mr. Xanadu and roller-skated out of there with the title - and with that tiara! The fellas chat about Xanadu's origins, roller-skating injuries and his childhood owning of one Britney Spears on Ed McMahon's Junior Star Search. And oh yeah, they recap the most recent Damn Yankees-themed episode of Step It Up & Dance. Of course.

As though last week's Broadway hunk-enhanced vlog weren't fabulous enough, this week the Suck It Up & Dance! boys decided to outdo themselves yet again, but interviewing most of the Step It Up & Dance cast ... in zombie makeup.

Yes, the hopeful hoofers were all on hand at the Tribeca Film Festival to pay tribute to Michael Jackson's groundbreaking "Thriller" video, and John and Colin were there to capture all the undead mayhem and press the contestants for dirt (not that they weren't dirty enough, at that point).

But first, the fellas dish on the latest episode, where the dancers were asked to bang on garbage can lids and tango with brooms with the help of the STOMP! dance crew. How'd they do? Check it all out after the break!

John and Colin really outdo themselves in this week's vlog, which deals with the recent "dance battle" episode of Step It Up & Dance. The fellas show their own street moves, discuss the odd color-coding behind this week's teams (they also announce that they are "The Stinky Pinks"), complain about the bizarre wardrobe changes in the episode, and of course dish on the recent porny goings-on with one of the gay conestants.

But that's not all! The boys then go above and beyond by enlisting wonderfully yummy talented Broadway star Tommy Berklund (currently stepping lively in A Chorus Line) to teach them some moves. It's like Jazzercise ... only gayer!

It's only the second week of our new Suck It Up & Dance vlog, and already our resident hotsteppers John and Colin are outdoing themselves. First, they lament the departure of James, discuss the difference between sexy bossy and whiny bossy, and decide that the trampy French dance wasn't their cup of tea. Then Colin plays some snippets of his interview with recently-ousted gay dancer James (who's a fan of the vlog, already) and then they do the unthinkable: they visit Mario Lopez at rehearsals for A Chorus Line.

Yes, I just said Mario Lopez.

The world of competitive dance just got a little gayer. Yes, John and Colin will be recapping Bravo's new dance competition show, Step It Up & Dance, every Monday. They're so excited ... and they just can't hide it!

John and Colin recreate their favorite dance moves of the ep, dish on who they love (i.e. Cody) and on who they hate ... and of course on the show's real star, Nomi Malone.
