The controversial inner-city drama from an openly gay director has become the biggest Sundance buy, and now has two media powerhouses behind its release.
Gay filmmaker Lee Daniels (Monster's Ball, Shadowboxer) is the toast of Park City with three awards for Push, a drama about an oppressed inner-city teen girl and the teacher who saves her.
