Project Runway veteran Chris March is "The Gay MacGyver of Fashion"
when
Mad Fashion makes its debut tonight.

News

Somehow, Will Arnett was able to find time to film an episode of 30 Rock amid his commitment to Up All Night so that Jack Donaghy's gay rival, Devon Banks could make an appearance. I can't wait to see what Devon has in store for Jack this time.

TV Land is one step closer to ordering a spin-off of Hot in Cleveland. They've already filmed a backdoor pilot with Cedric the Entertainer, now a traditional pilot is being filmed that sees Cedric's character move from Cleveland to St. Louis.

Ugly Betty creator Silvo Horta is working another potential series. Texts from Last Night is based on a website that features "regrettable" (and often drunken) text messages people have sent. Horta is the second writer to attempt to turn the site into a series. Could this end up as the drunker cousin of Sex and the City?

AMC is getting into the comedy business with How to Cheat on Your Wife, its first half-hour comedy pilot. The series follows four Midwestern guys dealing with middle age after reconnecting at a fifth friend's funeral.

After having to pay cable providers to carry Fox News, News Corp. is getting ready to renegotiate many of those contracts and is looking to demand a big increase in what the cable companies pay to have Fox News on their line-ups, aiming for the kind of rates that ESPN demands.

This week's Project Runway will be followed by a new half-hour talk show that will be dedicated to discussing the most recent episode. I'd be more excited if I thought the show's host, Marie Claire editor Zanna Roberts Rossi would be likely to call out the judges' ridiculous decisions.

In light of Hank Williams Jr. breaking Godwin's Law, ESPN has stopped airing his opening theme broadcasts of Monday Night Football. Oh goody, I can't wait to hear the cries that the loss of the royalty check means that Williams' free speech is being suppressed by ESPN.

Sunday was a good night for Showtime. Not only did Dexter add 24% more viewers, those extra viewers helped Homeland score the network's highest debut since Dead Like Me.

Meanwhile, the debut of Ken Burns' Prohibition averaged 3.9 million viewers for its Sunday night debut, with an estimated 7.6 million checking it out. Those wouldn't be huge numbers for the big four networks, but PBS seems happy.

This week promises a diva face-off between Rachel and Mercedes, plus Brittany battling Kurt for student body president. We also meet Emma and Mike Chang's parents for the first time. How will Glee fit all that in a single episode? More importantly, will Mike's story have more to offer than tired Asian jokes?

When the guys get invited to a wedding, that brings a trio of guests stars: Natasha Lyonne, Kate Cassidy and Mary Elizabeth Ellis, who you might recognize as the Waitress from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Each will reveal something about the guys' pasts. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this episode recaptures the charm of the premiere. With an emphasis on the guys, that's got to increase the odds Jess won't come off as someone unable to deal with life.

Raising Hope (Fox) 9:30 PM ET

This week it's the Redneck Stuntman who gets a web redemption.
