TV on Tap: Fox Wants Its Own Zombie Show and ABC Gets Jamie Bamber 's "Body"

The amazing Jennifer Coolidge is the latest client on tonight's Mad Fashion.
News
ABC will be sexing up Body of Proof for sweeps with the addition of Jamie Bamber who will appear in at least three episodes as a potential love interest for Dana Delany's medical examiner. Let's hope the Body of Proof writers know to give Bamber another towel scene.
Cougar Town producer Bill Lawrence says that he's still discussing a potential title change with the network and he'd like to let fans vote on the new titles, with Cougar Town being one of the choices.
NBC has announced who will be hosting Saturday Night Live in November and it's a great line-up with Emma Stone, Charlie Day and Jason Segel. I'm already wincing in advance at how SNL will fail to capture how funny these performers are.
The producers of Hot in Cleveland will be giving sister site AfterEllen reason to cover the comedy. An upcoming episode will have Laura San Giacomo appearing as Valerie Bertinelli's sister who wants to come out to her family and to introduce her girlfriend, who will be played by Sandra Bernhard. Meanwhile, Wendy Malick and Jane Leeves' characters will be in a sham marriage.
Fox's New Girl will also be vying for AfterEllen's attention when NTSF:SD:SUV:: star June Diane Raphael (who is also writing a sitcom for ABC with Happy Endings' Casey Wilson) appears in an episode as a lesbian friend of Jess.
This is what The Walking Dead's huge numbers get you, Fox is working on a half-hour series based on the horror-comedy movie Zombieland. I hope Fox budgets for plenty of celebrity cameos, so the TV series can have moments like when the gang discovered Bill Murray's mansion.
snicks already told you about the huge audience that tuned-in for Sunday's season premiere of The Walking Dead, but I wanted to add some perspective to the numbers. The 11 million viewers who watched the premiere (including the encores) beat most of the programming on broadcast networks, with only football and 60 Minutes beating AMC's zombies.
