Pic Post! The Stars of "Modern Family" and "Glee" Help Lift and Separate the SAG Awards

The Screen Actor's Guild Awards may seem like one of the more superfluous awards shows, but it's actually unique in that it not only awards individual performances, but entire casts as well.

The 17th Annual Screen Actor's Guild Awards aired last night and delivered absolutely no surprises, but at least came in in at a refreshingly short two hours!

Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch lost their respective categories, but the gays were represented when the cast of Modern Family gathered on stage after their much deserved win for Best TV Comedy Ensemble (it's rare that a show can be spot on matching actor to role, but Modern Family knocked it out of the park).

Apparently Ernest Borgnine was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award, but I was out of the room when it happened and returned to find that the show had not, unfortunately, capsized.

Below and on the following pages you can see pics of the winners and the stars on the red carpet, including our new favorite couple.

Modern Family wins Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series

Betty White wins Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series

Alec Baldwin inexplicably wins Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series
