In last week's What The Hell is Going on in This Picture? I presented you with a shirtless hunky guy doing his best Lady Gaga in a White Egg impersonation. A few of our more sports-oriented readers knew it was Andres Torres of the San Francisco Giants from the first episode of Showtime's The Franchise.
For this week's picture, I thought I'd do something entirely different. Any guesses as to what's going on here?
