Watch! The NewNowNext Awards" Out "Angry Birds" as Gay!

Tonight Logo (AfterElton.com's parent company) will be airing the NewNowNext Awards hosted by James Van Der Beek. Naturally, they're trying to get folks keyed up to watch and in terms of getting attention, I have to say that outing the "Angry Birds" as gay is a pretty good way to do it.

Real live Angry Gay Birds!

Turns out the makers of the game Angry Birds sent a couple of guys to the red carpet to promote the game, but these two birds happen to be gay and boyfriends, so why are they angry? Because it's 2011 and they can't get married, dammit! They show up at about the 1:50 second mark and are pretty adorable. They even kiss, so they aren't that angry!

And just because there can't ever be enough too much man candy, here is True Blood's Joe Manganiello explaining why he's there. (Hint: he's nominated!)
