"Project Runway" Snapcap: The Chosen Ones

Anthony just loves having to work for Laura

Last night's Project Runway got rid of one more designer, and sent the remaining four to the finals. Did they auf the right one. Hell yeah!

Let's a look at how the show ranked, and welcome back my southern sweetie.

Collars are so passe

BEEFCAKE: Anthony chestal exposure is always welcome, but this stretched-out shirt thing of his is troubling. Did The Incredible Hulk have a garage sale?

DRAMA: This was the last runway challenge of the season and the last chance for the designers to show the judges why they deserve to go to the finals. Surprisingly, though, there wasn't that much real drama, aside from Laura crying a little, and Josh once again bitching that Anya "stole my $20,000 dollars."

AFTERELTON BAIT: Two gay men and two women are in the finals.

CHALLENGES: The final challenge has the designers taking a ferry to Governor's Island, which they will use for inspiration for three different looks. Best of all, the last five eliminated designers return to provide help, which means we get another chance to see Bryce, Bert, Anthony, Becky ... and Oliver.

Somehow ... and I'm still trying to understand this ... Anthony is chosen third.

Viktor chooses Oliver, which you'd think he'd appreciate, but Oliver doesn't seem very ... enthused about being there:

"I think slave is the correct word. I was working for somebody, not getting paid, and you know they don't really care, they just want the help."

Yes, Oliver, it's exactly like being a slave.

"Now this design is going to be for a fat person with big boobs. Do you think you can handle that?"

The designers show their final collections, and as expected, Anya and Viktor are sent to the finale, as well as Josh, which really isn't a surprise considering the judges are curious to see what he'll come up with when he has time to edit. Actually, I'm curious, too.

That means the final spot is for either Kim or Laura, and even though she cries and talks about how this has been her dream since she was six-years-old, the judges tell her to get lost, but oh, keep that dream alive!

Personally, i'm happy Laura was kicked off, especially after I saw THIS VIDEO, in which she says she doesn't blame Anthony for her loss, but then totally blames Anthony for her loss. Hey, it wasn't Anthony's idea to create designs that looked like a wrought iron gate from a horror movie.

If you survive one night inside, you'll inherit a million dollars!

Below you can see Laura's exit vid, and you can see all the designs on the following page. What did you think of this week's episode? Are you happy with the four designers chosen for the final? Who do you think will win?
