Twitterwatch: Tweets From Our Favorite Celebrities, Fictional Characters Edition

It's family reunion time on How I Met Your Mother.

Here at Twitterwatch, we mostly focus on the celebrities. But some celebrities have so much personality that they need a second identity just to hold it all. That character then comes to life and gets a publicist and a Twitter account all their own. With the fall television season around the corner, those personalities are waking up, and that's where we'll start today before hitting Broadway, knights, and even some male models.

We knew that Neil Patrick Harris' How I Met Your Mother character was going to discover his father isn't Bob Barker this season. So it makes sense that his family would be part of that journey, including his gay brother James, played by Wayne Brady. Sounds like they've filmed at least part of the arc.

We know from our own Michael Jensen's experience at TCA that Chris Colfer loves amusement park rides – he was the last to leave Santa Monica Pier. Turns out his alter ego, Kurt Hummel shares his passion. After the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and the rumor of a Lord of the Rings park, he has an idea – a Lady Gaga theme park! You could model rollercoasters on some of her outfits! I even know the perfect place for the park, Cedar Point, outside Cleveland, OH, where the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is located.

Everyone should know that Sue Sylvester is busy - it's high school football season, which means her Cheerios are getting ready for their big Friday night shows, with the football team providing entertainment between their sets. Come on, you know that's how Sue sees it. So she doesn't have time to talk, even to the Secretary of State.

Meanwhile, Batman must have cleaned up all the crime in Gotham City, because he's auditioning for America's Got Talent, which is sad, because my brief experience with the show is that America Doesn't Got Talent. Batman just thinks they don't know talent when they see it.

Over on the set of Eureka, the adorkable Neil Grayston seems to spend a lot of time eating. Mostly it's weird stuff, but sometimes he makes do with craft services, like he does here with hunky bad boy Niall Matter.

At other times though, he worries about what our characters are telling the children! For example, Casper the Friendly Ghost is actually quite disturbing if you think about it.
