I like movies that R more dazzling 2 the eye.  SCI-FI or FANTASY.  (Lord of the Rings/X-Men)  I also like 2 laugh so a good COMEDY's always on my list.  I still prefer a good plot and characters, but movies are pure entertainment 4 me.  I watch the NEWS everyday, so I don't need movies 2 make me think.
