Judge Sharon Osbourne loves him, saying he's, "all things to everyone," while fuddy-duddy Piers Morgan just doesn't get it, and is the only one to vote no.

Howie Mandel doesn't know what the hell is going on (he seems stunned that a male pole dancer could even exist), but ultimately votes with Sharon, sending Steven to the next round ... in Vegas.
